Terms of Service

Gable Sites is operated by Roman Ivanov, an individual based in Norway (“I”, “me”). These terms apply when you order a website from me. Contact: roman@getgablesites.com.
1. Free preview
I build a preview of your new website before you pay anything. The preview is free and creates no obligation. If you don’t want to continue, just tell me and nothing is owed. Until you pay, the preview stays private and is not published under your name.
2. Plans and what’s included
- Website ($200): your finished website files, a setup guide and one round of changes. You (or your developer) handle hosting, domain and delivery of leads.
- Done for you ($400): everything in Website, plus connecting your domain, putting the site online, lead delivery to your email or messenger, form spam protection and 3 months of hosting and reasonable changes. After 3 months, hosting and changes continue at $20/month if you choose; you can cancel at any time.
“Changes” means updates to text, photos, prices, contact details, colors and sections. A complete redesign or new features are quoted separately.
3. Payment
Prices are in US dollars. You pay 50% when you approve the preview and the remaining 50% before the site goes live (Done for you) or before the files are handed over (Website). Payment methods are listed on the website. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are yours.
4. Refunds
Because you see the finished preview before paying, payments are not refundable once the work they cover is delivered. If I fail to deliver what was agreed, I will fix it or refund the payment for the part not delivered.
5. Ownership
After full payment, the website content and files made for you are yours. Your domain is registered in your name. If you stop the monthly plan, I hand over the site files so you can host them elsewhere. Unless you object, I may show the finished site as an example of my work.
6. Your responsibilities
- The information you give me or that I take from your current website (prices, services, phone numbers, addresses, licenses, insurance, warranties, reviews) must be accurate, and you must have the right to use the photos and text you provide.
- Your website’s legal compliance is your responsibility. Texts such as the privacy policy and SMS consent are provided as general templates, not legal advice; please have them reviewed for your state and business.
- Online price ranges are estimates based on the rates you give me; you set the final price after inspection.
7. No guarantee of results
I build the site to help visitors contact and book you, but I can’t guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs or revenue.
8. Third-party services
Hosting, email and payment providers are run by third parties. I’m not responsible for their outages, but I will help you restore service as quickly as possible.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the service concerned.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If something goes wrong, please write to me first; most issues can be solved by email.
