This website
This website has no forms, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
What I collect
- When you contact me by email, Telegram or WhatsApp: your name, contact details, your business and website, and what you write.
- When I contact you first: your business name, website, business phone and the email address published on your website or business listing (for example, Google Maps). I use this only to send you a short offer about your website.
- When you become a client: the details needed to build and run your site, and payment records. Card and account details are handled by the payment provider (such as PayPal or Stripe); I don’t see or store them.
Why and on what basis
To reply to you, prepare your preview, deliver the service you order (performance of a contract) and to offer my services to businesses that may benefit from them (legitimate interest). I don’t sell your data.
How long I keep it
Client records: as long as needed for the service and for accounting obligations. Outreach records: up to 24 months, or until you ask me to stop. If you ask me not to contact you again, I keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so I don’t write to you again.
Who else processes it
Email and messaging providers (Google, Telegram, WhatsApp), hosting (Cloudflare) and payment providers, only as needed to provide their service. Some of them are located outside the EEA; they use standard safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to being contacted, by emailing me. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
